Vintage Arne Vodder rosewood executive desk (sold)

This impressive rosewood executive desk was designed by Arne Vodder and produced by Sibast Furniture Denmark in the sixties. The raised edges of the top and the beautiful drawer pulls make it a very appealing desk. It is very functional too, on both sides there are three drawers with two original rosewood inserts for the topdrawers. The locks are working and two keys are included.
When you close the lock all three drawers are locked simultaneously.

Arne Vodder is one of the best known Danish designers from the 50’s and 60’s and designed some wonderful pieces of furniture. This desk can be placed free in a space because the back is finished with rosewood veneer as well.

This desk is in a very good condition. The top has been refinished, the rest of the desk was in such a good condition we kept it original. There are a few surface scratches in between the drawer sections where the desk chair sits. And one small scratch on a leg.
