Vintage free-standing Cadovius teak wall unit (sold)

We are happy to be able to offer this stylish free-standing Poul Cadovius wall system on solid teak legs which you don’t often see. This beautiful Danish teak wall system was designed by the Danish designer Poul Cadovius in the 1950s and produced by Cado Denmark, Royal System.

The wall system is one of the few Cadovius shelving systems that can stand freely in the room, for example as a stylish room divider. It is a modular system and can therefore be arranged according to your own taste. This wall unit has a beautiful flap door cabinet and a drawer unit for the necessary storage space. There are also six shelves for storing books, accessories or plants. Nice detail are the brass holders of the shelves.

This Cadovius wall system is in very neat condition, where necessary small restorations have been carried out, so that the system can last a lifetime again.

Dimensions: total length 165 cm, total height 197 cm, total depth 42 cm, all parts are 80 cm wide, 4 shelves of 20 cm deep, one shelve of 30 cm deep and one shelf of 34 cm deep, chest of drawers 30 cm deep and 24 cm high, cabinet 33 cm high and 30 cm deep.

Dit prachtige vrijstaande Poul Cadovius wandsysteem met massief teakhouten poten zie je niet vaak, we zijn dan ook blij dat we het hier aan kunnen bieden. Dit fraaie Deense teak wandsysteem werd ontworpen door de Deense ontwerper Poul Cadovius in de jaren vijftig en geproduceerd door Cado Denmark, Royal System.

Het wandsysteem kan als één van de weinige Cadovius meubels vrij in de ruimte staan, bijvoorbeeld als stijlvolle room divider. Het is een modulair systeem en dus naar eigen smaak in te delen. Dit wandmeubel heeft een mooie klepdeurkast en een ladeblokje voor de nodige opbergruimte. Verder zijn er zes planken voor het neerzetten van boeken, accessoires of planten. Mooi details zijn de messing ophangbeugels van de planken.

Dit Cadovius wandsysteem is in zeer nette staat, waar nodig zijn kleine restauraties uitgevoerd, waardoor het systeem weer een heel leven mee kan.
