Vintage abstract sculpture in rozy pink granite (sold)

Recently we have found an abstract sculpture in a beautiful roze pink colored granite.
This piece was probably made by a Dutch sculptor but we haven’t found out who designed it, there is a signature / monograph on the bottom of the sculpture.
It’s from the sixties and is very well sculptured and hand carved with fluent biomorphic lines.
The carving lines of a file are visible.

Dimensions:

39 cm long, 21 cm high and 6 cm deep.

Deze sculptuur vonden we tijdens onze zoektocht naar vintage meubels en lampen.
Met zijn abstracte lijnen en fraaie roze en zwart/grijs gekleurde graniet is het fraai stuk voor op een dressoir of bijzettafel.
Wie de beeldhouwer / kunstenaar is weten we niet, maar het is van een goede kwaliteit.
Het is gebeiteld en gevijld en er zijn nog lijnen van de bewerking zichtbaar.
Onderop het beeld staan initialen van de maker, die we overigens niet kunnen thuisbrengen.

Afmetingen:

39 cm lang, 21 cm hoog en 6 cm diep.
